Homecoming at ULV

  • After Illumination on Monday, Oct. 19, head on over to Michaelangelo’s Pizza at 552 West Arrow Highway in San Dimas for free pizza and Karaoke. All that is needed is a University of La Verne (ULV) identification to get in and eat several slices of pizza. Michaelangelo’s will be open for ULV students at 9 p.m., and the fun lasts until midnight.
  • Do not forget the always popular Monte Carlo Night at Davenport Dining Hall. Gamble all night on Tuesday, Oct. 20 from 9 p.m. until midnight, then trade the winnings in for raffle tickets and a chance to win some great prizes.
  • Do not miss out on the ULV Fair at the University Mall, where a number of organizations will have booths featuring food, arts and crafts. The annual event to will be setup and ready to go on Saturday, Oct. 23, from 9:30 a.m. until noon.

Music Concert

Enjoy an evening of classical guitar and Renaissance songs at ULV as the Music Department presents another musician in their Fall Concert Series. Michael Ryan will be the featured artist on Saturday, Oct. 24, at 8:15 p.m. at the Dailey Theatre, free of charge.

Country Fair

The Hillcrest retirement community is presenting a country fair and open house Oct. 17, between 9 a.m. and 2 p.m. There will be arts, crafts, jewelry, Christmas cards, baked goods, plants and more. Hillcrest is located on the corner of Bonita Avenue and B Street off 7th Street.
