Groovy sounds of percussion
The IGABA Percussion Ensemble, a band that centers on world rhythms and groovy melodies, will perform with guest musician Mike Bennett at 8 p.m. on Oct. 13 in Founders Auditorium.
The group features accomplished musicians Ron Powell, Tim “Timbali” Cornwell, Delton Davis and Nat Scott II.

Homecoming Rocks
The Campus Activities Board will host “Hopefield with Fire…!” featuring two bands performing full electric sets, as part of Homecoming Week festivities.
The bands kick off at 7:30 p.m. in the Old Gym.

Jason DeMarte exhibit inspires
Jason DeMarte’s exhibition “Restoring Memory,” featuring black and white photography, will be displayed at the Irene Carlson Gallery until Oct. 15.
The photography department will be open for tours of the gallery during Homecoming weekend.
