Alexander Heilner’s “Aerial Photographs and Microbe Studies” exhibit will be on display in the Irene Carlson Gallery of Photography through Oct. 16. The gallery is located on the ground floor of Miller Hall.
Pompeii Lecture and Exhibit
The University of La Verne presents a day to discover Pompeii on Sept. 26. Cost is $40 per person, which includes a lunch and lecture in the President’s Dining Room by Jonathan Reed, followed by a trip the Los Angeles County Museum of Art to visit the Pompeii and Roman Villa exhibit.

The Huntington Library will host a Shakespearean conference from 8:30 a.m.-to 5 p.m. on Sept. 25 and 26. The conference will focus on politics in Tudor and Stuart England, with an emphasis on Shakespeare and his plays. Scholars nationwide will gather to discuss. To register visit huntington.org.
Claremont Family Festival
