As part of the Sukkot celebration, an outdoor lunch will begin at 11 a.m. Monday in Sneaky Park. David Sachs, producer and writer from “The Simpsons,” and Los Angeles Rabbi Moshe Levin will be speakers at the event. Samples of Israeli food will be served for $4.
The Nifty ‘50s
As part Homecoming week, CAB will host a 50’s diner cafe motif at 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Monday in Davenport. The first 50 commuters eat free.
The men’s and women’s basketball teams will kick off their season with a Moonlight Madness event from 9 p.m. to 11 p.m. on Saturday in the Athletic Pavilion. Three-point and dunk competitions will be held as well as contests for fans. Free pizza and T-shirts will be avaliable while Leo FM broadcasts.
CAB will introduce the Homecoming court to students at 10 p.m. on Monday at the Rock. Free desert and cider will be served to toast the nominated court.
The Bomb ‘90s
CAB will conclude its week of celebrations with an outdoor barbecue with music at 11 a.m on Oct. 21 in Sneaky Park. In celebration the inauguration of President Devorah Lieberman at 4 p.m. on the same day, a limited supply of Leopard bobble-heads will be given out to ULV undergraduates who attend. Commuters eat free.
