Beneatha, played by Bradlee Johnson in the theatre department’s production of Lorraine Hansberry’s “A Raisin in the Sun,” faces dilemmas about her future and what kind of person she wants to be. “A Raisin in the Sun” is the senior thesis project for Gemma Alfaro, Lauren Ervin and Raymond Del Rio, who perform in the play, and Michael Roche, who is the technical director.
