To improv or not to improv

Members of Shakespearean improv group A Horse perform Sept. 20 in the Jane Dibbell Cabaret. Performers Amanda Barnes, Carolyn Marie Wright, Rollin Perry and John David Williams asked the crowd for titles of plays Shakespeare might write today and performed one tragedy and comedy in the form of Shakespearean dialogue. The event, hosted by Professor of English Jeffery Kahan, was the opener for the Shakespeare Experience season. The group formed four years ago and performs in Los Angeles.
