The Leopards faced the Pomona-Pitzer Sagehens for a Saturday doubleheader at Campus West, but were unable to pull off a win for either game, losing 14-3 in game one and 7-1 in game two.
The La Verne softball team welcomed the Worcester Polytechnic Institute Engineers to Campus West on March 9 with a doubleheader sweep, winning game one, 6-4, and game two, 9-5.
The La Verne softball team came out ready to win as they took on a doubleheader against visiting Buena Vista Tuesday afternoon at Campus West. The Leopards won the first game, 14-3, along with pulling through to win the second game, 7-3.
