Teal ribbons on various door knobs and handles across campus are to raise awareness about sexual assault via the Teal Ribbon Campaign. Each ribbon has a quote or statistic about sexual violence, with contact information for the Counseling and Psychological Services office. University of La Verne students had the opportunity to learn a variety of helpful tips on how to prioritize taking care of themselves during stressful times at the Neurodiversi-Tea Party in the Abraham Campus Center Ballroom Tuesday afternoon.
The Honors Program hosted a date rape drugs information session on Nov. 17 in the Sara and Michael Abraham Campus Center, where survivors discussed their experiences and the effect it has had on their lives.
With finals coming fast, there is no need to push yourself to your breaking point due to the stress of the end of the semester. Everyone is in the same mindset of ‘crunch-time’ so just know that you are not alone.
