Fall 2017 Advising

Academic advising for the fall 2017 semester begins March 22. Make an appointment with your academic adviser before registration begins on April 11.

March Appness

Orientation Week Leader applications are due by noon March 24 in the Office of Student Life. ASULV Future Leaders Scholarship applications, CAB applications and ASULV Election Applications are due 12 p.m. March 31 in the Office of Student Life.

Intramural Sports

La Verne Intramural Sports will be holding registration for cornhole now through Sunday; flag football now through March 18; powderpuff football now through March 25; ultimate frisbee from March 26 to April 8; spikeball from March 26 to April 8; and volleyball from April 23 to May 1.

Ticket Distribution

LaVernapalooza ticket distribution will be held at noon March 22 in Fasnacht Court. For more information, email ASULV at asulv@laverne.edu.

Women’s Panel

Women’s Professional Panel will be held 11:45 a.m. to 1 p.m. March 27 in the Campus Center Ballroom. Women who work for the FBI and other leaders in their field will be in attendance.

CAB event takes breakfast for dinner to a new level

The Campus Activities Board showed the 1985 film “The Breakfast Club” in the La Fetra Lecture Hall on Tuesday. The event consisted of many food options, including a build your own mini-pancake bar, a variety of breakfast burritos, an iced coffee bar and a hot chocolate bar.

Pride plays bingo in welcoming fashion

The Campus Activities Board, in a two-part event, hosted Pride Bingo on Tuesday evening at the Quay Davis Executive Board Room. 

Sustainability conserved by ULV students

The Campus Activities Board hosted the Earth Day event that drew students and faculty members who were interested in learning about environmental sustainability to Sneaky Park on Wednesday.
