‘The Labyrinth and Vicinity’

Visiting artist Danny Shain has a solo exhibit, “The Labyrinth and Vicinity,” in the West Gallery on the second floor of the Campus Center that runs through Dec. 15. Shain created the paintings of “atmospheric abstraction” in the 1990s as individual panels to be made into one final configuration.

Choral Holiday Concert

The University Chorale and Chamber Singers will perform a concert of classic holiday songs at 6 p.m. Sunday at the Church of the Brethren, 2425 E St. in La Verne.

‘The Ocean of Memories’

Adjunct Professor of Communications Danielle Eubank’s paintings will be featured in the exhibit “The Ocean of Memories” at the Taiwan Academy in Los Angeles. The exhibit runs through Feb. 16.

La Verne Symphony

The La Verne Symphony Orchestra will return with a concert featuring the work of Bach, Mozart, Faure and Bartok, as well as the premiere of “Sagrada Familia,” a new piece by former Adjunct Professor of Music Danielle Rosaria. The performance will take place at 8 p.m. Sunday in Morgan Auditorium. Admission is free, although there is a suggested donation of $10.

‘A Conversation in the Woods’

The Inland Empire Museum of Art presents “A Conversation in the Woods.” The exhibit showcases artwork from 35 artists and their view of the outdoor world. The museum is located at 1334 Benson Ave. Unit D in Upland and the exhibit runs until Dec. 24.
