‘Junk Raft’

Marcus Eriksen, author of “Junk Raft,” will speak about his expedition from Long Beach to Hawaii on a raft made of plastic bottles, from 11:45 a.m. to 1 p.m. April 13 in Morgan Auditorium. A meet and greet will be held at 6:15 p.m. in La Fetra Auditorium.

Spin Bikes

The University will have a Spin bikeshare program beginning Wednesday. ULV will have 150 bikes on campus for student, faculty and staff use. For more information contact Lisa Grater, manager of transportation services at lgrater@laverne.edu.

Book Day

Faculty members who have published books in the last year will answer questions and participate in a panel from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. April 9 in Wilson Library.
