The sixth annual Sip of La Verne will turn downtown La Verne into a wine lovers’ paradise from 5 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. April 28, offering wine tastings, live music and special foods from the community’s local restaurants.

A nonprofit organization that transforms streets into safe and car-free spaces, will take over the La Verne, San Dimas, Pomona and Claremont areas from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sunday. 

Hubs around these cities will feature food trucks and plenty of activities for riders. All ages are welcomed.

Food Truck Thursdays

The Fairplex hosts a weekly event where food trucks cater to all taste-buds. The next event will be Thursday 5:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. at Gate 1 on McKinley Avenue.
