‘Inspire’

The University Chorale and Chamber Singers will present “Inspire,” with music from Shawn Kirchner and Mozart. The concert is 7:30 p.m. to 9 p.m. Friday in Morgan Auditorium. 

Suggested donation is $10. 

Spring Concert

The La Verne Symphony Orchestra’s spring concert will feature music from Vivaldi, Beethoven, and Tchaikovsky at 2 p.m. Sunday at the Church of the Brethren, at 2425 E St. in La Verne. 

Suggested donation is $10.

Guitar Ensemble

The University of La Verne Guitar Ensemble will perform music written from the 17th century to the present at 4 p.m. May 18 in Morgan Auditorium.

Admission is free. 

Fridays At Noon

The next installment of the Fridays At Noon concert series will be from noon to 1 p.m. May 25 in Morgan Auditorium. 

The concert will feature music department faculty, staff and student performances. Admission is free.

‘Capture’

Photography faculty work is on display in the exhibit “Capture and the Seamless Stream: The Seductive Illusion of the Decisive Moment.” It runs through May 25 in the Carlson Gallery in Miller Hall.

‘Artist in Review’

The Inland Empire Museum of Art presents “Artist in Review,” an exhibit by Joanna Mersereau that features paintings she completed while traveling around the world. The exhibit runs through June 17. The museum is located at 1334 N. Benson Ave., Suite D, in Upland. 

Admission is free.

Guitarists Jeff Van Voorhis, Stu Stoddard, Ashley Avilez and senior photography major Dorothy Gartsman, play several songs ranging from flamenco to Irish folksongs in the Morgan Auditorium, Friday during the Guitar Ensemble performance.
