“dEE-lie-LA, Poderosa, The Healers: An Exploration of Wellness” exhibition opens up at the Harris Gallery where 12 student artists display their wellness pieces which celebrate the power, resilience, and unique experiences of women. The exhibition opened Wednesday and will run until Oct. 12. The opening reception is on Sept. 12 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Admission is free.
‘The Cheech Collects: Anniversary Edition’
The Cheech Marin Center for Chicano Art & Culture of the Riverside Art Museum features bold and vibrant works depicting physical neighborhoods, social gatherings, and critical events that provide insight into the 35 artists, their work, and their invaluable contributions to American art history. ‘Making in Between: Queer Clay’
The American Museum of Ceramic Art in Pomona explores broader influences on identity and centers on queerness by living unapologetically yourself with their exhibitions “Making in Between: Queer Clay.” With solely queer artists, the ceramic art is used as another form of self expression. Pomona Art Walk
The Pomona Arts Colony presents the monthly Pomona Art Walk on Second Street, Saturday from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. By bringing the community together, vendors and artists showcase their products ranging from jewelry, paintings, photography, food and more. Admission is free.
