‘The Walls Speak’

The University of La Verne theater department presents “The Walls Speak,” an immersive haunted experience mixed with a sound radio play featuring two different story lines in the Jane Dibbell Cabaret Theatre. The plays run from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. today, Saturday and Sunday. 

Tickets are $8 for one show and $15 for both.

‘Revolución Visual – Visual Revolution’

The dA Center for the Arts is holding its grand opening event for the exhibition “Revolución Visual – Visual Revolution,” which tells a visual story about Chicano and LatinX resistance, from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. Sunday. Pieces from collector Jaime Gutierrez and curator Yasmin Cardona will be displayed, along with performances by featured musician Gerardo Morales and poet Linette Luna Tovar.

The Glass House

Sextile headlines at the Glass House in Pomona for an underground party-provoking night of rave synths from 8 p.m. to 11 p.m. Friday. Special guest N8NOFACE opens the night with tones of punk rock and hip hop and a note of synth. Tickets start at $25.

“A Traveler’s Guide to Mettlach,” the ceramic collection of merged businesses of Jean François Boch and Nicolas Villeroy in Germany, is on display at the American Museum of Ceramic Art until June 30, 2025. The exhibition simulates everyday life in 19th century Mettlach, Germany. Tickets start at $14. For more information visit amoca.org.

Village Venture

The Claremont Chamber of Commerce hosts the 41st annual Village Venture Arts and Crafts Festival, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday in the Claremont Village. Local businesses will feature their unique art, crafts and apparel with restaurants selling food, beer, wine and a cider garden. Live music will give ambiance to the children’s costume parade and Halloween activities.

Admission is free.
