On Wednesday at Crypto.com Arena in downtown Los Angeles, the Los Angeles Lakers were looking to extend their playoff run in game five against the Minnesota Timberwolves. After putting up a strong fight, they were unable to secure the win, 103-96.
Winterburn gets 600th career win with romp over Caltech
La Verne beat Caltech, 16–3, on April 4 at Ben Hines Field after coming back from a 3–0 deficit early on in the game. There were 50 people in attendance. The win marked head coach Scott Winterburn’s 600th career victory.
Students trace their African religious roots
The African Student Association, Interfaith Fellows and Common Ground organization educated students about traditional African religion Wednesday in the Quay Davis Executive Boardroom.
