A budgetary statement for the Associated Students Federation (ASF), prepared by Treasurer Dana Jones, showed that current expenditures were well within the limits of spending allowances. As Jones put it at the recent ASF meeting, “For once I can say ASF is not spending its money fast enough.”

Each year, graduating senior students across the United States are chosen for a distinguished award, that award being the Who’s Who Among Students in American Universities and Colleges.
Over 200 students, faculty and staff members, alumni and friends swept through the University of La Verne campus like human vacuum cleaners and left ULV virtually spotless on Build La Verne Day, Wednesday, Nov. 11.
During the. summer, the University of La Verne College of Law had hoped to achieve provisional accreditation for this fall. However, the American Bar Association (ABA) felt that several problem areas of the school needed to be worked out before accreditation could be given.
Provisional accreditation for the University of La Verne College of Law may become a reality for Summer 1978 if progress on the American Bar Association inspection team’s recommendations continues at its present rate, according to President Armen Sarafian and Dean Thomas Reese, who recently returned from a meeting with the ABA Committee in Washington, D.C.
A safety bulletin was scheduled to be distributed today to the University of La Verne community through the mailing system after two ULV students were followed near the Oaks Residence Hall.
