As Halloween season drew to a close, the Campus Activity Board wrapped up the festivities with a grand finale, "Hallowfest," Monday night on Citrus Lawn.
The Housing and Residential Life Office at the University of La Verne brought back its annual Dia de los Muertos event for the first time since before the COVID-19 pandemic.
Each year, houses on Bonita Avenue can be visited by up to 5,000 trick-or-treaters excited to see the decorations. Houses with themes such as the movie “It,” the “Barbie” movie, alien invasions and even a house with a makeshift cemetery can be found in the festive community.
The Fun House in Montclair is celebrating its fifth year with Halloween spirit. Admission to walk through the house is $5 a person and the attraction opened at the beginning of the month, and runs from 6:30 p.m. to 10 p.m. Saturday and Sunday, at 4896 El Morado Street in Montclair.
