The theater department explored the struggles of poverty and grief that cholos and cholas face in East Los Angeles in their adaptation of Luis Alfaro’s play “Eletcricidad.”
Samba, Brazilian culture and comedy hit the stage in the theater department’s latest production, “The Dog’s Will” by Brazilian playwright Ariano Suassuna.
