After nine years with Sodexo food services, the University of La Verne has decided to place a bid for other companies to fulfill the University’s residential dining, retail and catering needs.
Three months following the dining services proposal committee meeting, the University of La Verne's choice for a new food service provider is still up in the air, leaving students uninformed.
Why is tuition going up? What is being done to improve parking? Why do on-campus students need a meal plan? These questions and many others were answered during panel discussions held last Tuesday and Thursday in the Quad.
Next year, the University of La Verne on campus dining services will sign a contract with a new provider. Because of what is currently provided, most students still remain unhappy and unsatisfied with the services rendered by the Aramark staff.
