After the latest delay in the renovation of the Spot became public, it was decided that the University of La Verne will refund the prepaid cash card amounts to those students who have meal plans.

Renovation completion of the Spot snack bar at the University of La Verne's Student Center has been postponed until March, delaying plans of the scheduled re-open this month.
Fire damages move services to Spot
Reconstruction of Davenport Dining Hall is under progress due to last Friday's fire. The University has contracted J.A. Bradley Construction & Restoration, to handle reparation of the damages.
University handles emergency properly
Response to last Friday night's fire in Davenport Dining Hall was "excellent," said John Lentz, director of campus safety and transportation.
