As a journalism student writing for the Campus Times, it is only every other week or so that I get to write a column and express my oftentimes not-so-well-received opinion at the University of La Verne’s campus—a campus built on tradition, values and stable ideals.

University of La Verne officials recently denied on-campus distribution to low, Cal Poly Pomona’s independent magazine, deeming the magazine offensive.
