The Campus Activities Board capped off its last program, Destination Procrastination, with a Netflix Movie Night on May 13 via Teleparty. The film was 2001’s “Legally Blonde,” starring Reese Witherspoon. The choice was made by a poll on CAB’s Instagram account.
More than 350 students filled the Campus Center for Destination Procrastination, the fifth annual pre-finals event hosted by the Campus Activities Board and Associated Students of the University of La Verne May 11.
Students filled all three floors of the Campus Center to procrastinate and relieve stress from 8 p.m. to 2 a.m. May 14 night at the annual Destination Procrastination event hosted by the Campus Activities Board and Associated Students of University of La Verne.
Eric Bishop, a University of La Verne alumnus, who also held several positions at La Verne – including associate dean of academic advising, journalism professor and Campus Times adviser – was recently appointed president of Ohlone Community College in Fremont, California. He starts July 6.
Empowerment comedian Ernesto Gritzewsky, known as Ernie G, sat amid his audience of roughly 70 before his performance – to have intimate conversations and get to know them – Tuesday in Sara and Michael Abraham Campus Center with at least 70 attendees.
