The streets of Downtown Pomona was a bustling scene Friday night, filled with live music blaring out of every other door in the Arts Colony. On Second Street alone, from the Glass House to The Haven, there were three different shows happening simultaneously.
The African American Advisory Alliance held their monthly black marketplace at the art walk this Saturday to showcase black businesses, entertainment and art in Downtown Pomona.
In the spirit of Valentine’s Day, the American Museum of Ceramic Arts in Pomona hosted a Clay Date event, as part of their monthly family workshops, on Sunday. Families gathered around tables to create coiled clay vases with vibrant paper bouquets that were taken home for admiration.
Art and cultural heritage are on exhibit at the American Museum of Ceramic Art, which was participating Sunday in the SoCal Museums annual “Free-for-All.”
