Al Clark, emeritus professor of humanities at the University of La Verne, edited the book “An Artful Reframing,” which was published earlier this year. 

Dan Campana, professor of philosophy and religion, discussed his book “The Faith of Emerson,” which is about Ralph Waldo Emerson’s views of faith and American individualism, on April 11 in the Quay Davis Executive Board Room before an audience of about 20.

Allyson Brantley, assistant professor of history, discussed the boycotts against the Coors Brewing Company in the 1970s, at a virtual book launch for her new book, “Brewing a Boycott: How a Grassroots Coalition Fought Coors & Remade American Consumer Activism.” 

In honor of National Library Week, the Wilson Library hosted the annual Book Day through a panel discussion, highlighting six books and three book chapters via Zoom on Monday at noon.

Six faculty members presented their published scholarly and creative works to the University community Monday in the Wilson Library Lobby in honor of National Library Week.

Jason Neidleman, chairman of the history and political science department and professor of political science, shows no signs of slowing down. Besides being professor and department chairman, Neidleman has just published his latest book, “Rousseau’s Ethics of Truth: A Sublime Science of Simple Souls.”
