A small group of seven students, staff and faculty gathered at the Ludwick Center lawn to build a sukkah in celebration of the beginning of the Jewish holiday Sukkot.
The Campus Activities Board hosted the club fair on Feb. 6 with a club booth competition where different clubs decorated booths based on their favorite Netflix movies or series.
Around 70 members of the La Verne community gathered on the grassy area in front of the University’s Chapel to show their solidarity with the Jewish and black communities in light of the tragedies of last week.
The Office of Religious and Spiritual Life, the Center of Multicultural Services and the Hillel club, held a celebration in the Sukkah to celebrate the Jewish holiday of Sukkot Monday at Sneaky Park.
