Thefts continue to plague University

With no sign of forced entry in either department, thousands of dollars worth of computer and office equipment was stolen from the University of La Verne Music and Education departments on March 2.

The La Verne Police Department (LVPD) responded to a call made by Henry Negrette, campus security agent, on Monday regarding threatening phone calls made to Joanne Gonzalez, account manager for Marriott Services, the housekeeping service for the University of La Verne.

Ticket hysteria

How many people have accidentally rolled a little too confidently past the La Verne Police station after noon, neglected to park their car in a space on campus with all four tires completely within the two solid lines, or even worse, left their car parked outside on one of La Verne’s quiet, shady streets after 2 a.m.?
