As a school year full of exams, stress and homework comes to a close, La Verne students celebrated with one another at the Fox Theater in Pomona with DJ Screwloose, Rubi Rose and headliner Rico Nasty at Lavernapalooza on May 4.
As the spring semester comes to an end, students wrapped up a stressful academic year and let loose at the annual Lavernapalooza concert with headliner T-Pain and pop artist Charlotte Sands on Wednesday night at the Fox Theater in Pomona.
The 11th annual Lavernapalooza concert, traditionally in the spring semester has been postponed, due to the campus closure and the state shelter-in-place orders to prevent the spread of COVID-19.
The University of La Verne announced Monday that this year’s 10th Lavernapalooza spring concert headliner will be rap duo Rae Sremmurd. The big event is set for May 2.
LaVernapalooza, the event students prepare for every year as the biggest party thrown by the University, seemed to once again go by in a flash May 10 at the Fox Theater in Pomona.
