The Latino Student Forum created an environment of community and inclusivity as they welcomed students and ULV community members to their Open Mic. This event granted students the opportunity to share their feelings about the current political climate and state of the world.
People prepared their snapping fingers and listening ears as University of La Verne students showed their artistic sides with expressive work at the first of 14 open mic sessions Tuesday in the Jane Dibbell Cabaret Theatre.
“What is love?” was the question of Tuesday night, as 23 students took to the mic to perform their hearts out in the Dailey Theatre for Campus Activities Board’s Open Mic Night.
