The first note rang at the start of the Halloween Choral Concert at 7 p.m. on Oct. 26 in the Morgan Auditorium. The choir, solos and chamber singers performed to a full house, some guests had to stand alongside the walls.
Close to 40 friends, colleagues and family members gathered in the President’s Dining Room to congratulate Henry Negrette, campus safety transportation and security coordinator, on his retirement and to wish him well.
The Holiday Lane Parade and Festival has become a new tradition for the city of Pomona. In its seventh year, the city has made it an annual event that brings the community together for the holidays.
