Students and faculty members filled the Quay Davis Executive Board Room Wednesday, as senior creative writing majors Mia Aguilera, Mia Alvarez and Daniel Dundas presented their senior projects.

Emily Zapata, senior radio major, created her podcast "Tales of a Chicana Woman" as a part of her senior project to share her experiences as a young Mexican American woman and provide advice for young adults as they move into the next chapter of their lives.

Biology major addresses food insecurity on campus

More than half of the University of La Verne students who responded to a recent survey on food insecurity said they sometimes skip meals, and two-thirds said they couldn’t afford to buy enough groceries.
