Hamburgers, hot dogs, carne asada and cookies — all these delicious foods would help the University of La Verne celebrate diversity among its faculty and students.

Sneaky Park lost one of its two oak trees last month thanks to recent record rainfall that soaked the surrounding soil.

This year’s career fair held at Sneaky Park on Tuesday was an opportunity for many graduating seniors and current students to get information on jobs and internships.

Students had the opportunity to meet with potential employers Tuesday in Sneaky Park for Career Fair 2004 “Bridging the Future.”

For some students at the University of La Verne, the beach is too far to travel out to on weekends, so Davenport Dining Services decided to bring the beach to them on Saturday afternoon by bringing in sand, a doughboy pool, and setting up volleyball nets in Sneaky Park.
