Spring is just around the corner, with March 19 marking the first day of the season, and with it, is spring fashion. This year’s spring styles will recycle looks from previous years, taking inspiration from various decades of fashion. 

The platform shoes trend, resurrected from the 1970s, has become one of the most prevalent trends in fashion today, bringing strange beauty and staggering discomfort and combining them together.

Spring 2008 fashion is all about following the rainbow with cheerful bright colors that have been making their way down the runway.

The weather forecast for spring is full of bright as the sun dresses, sky blue blouses, fertile fields of floral skirts, lightning bright metallic shoes and voluminous cloud-like jackets.

Fresh off the runways and into the malls, bright and vibrant colors and little details, are making clothes, shoes and accessories stand out. They are the hot new trends for spring and summer 2005.
