Now that the excitement of Halloween season is over, it’s time to prepare for Thanksgiving – an arguably politically incorrect holiday that gets a mixed reception, at least among students at the University of La Verne.
With the holiday season upon us, some may be hesitant to see the number of family members they usually do because of the pandemic – and some University of La Verne students will be making sacrifices in order to stay healthy.
For three days before Thanksgiving, the Office of Religious and Spiritual Life distributed boxes of food for students in need at the Interfaith Chapel.
