The following is a response to the letter from some members of the School of Business and Global Studies [“Letters to the Editor,” Nov. 16].

There is no question that the events that transpired on the morning of Sept. 11, 2001, were a tremendous tragedy. I grieve for the victims and their families and hope that they may find some measure of comfort in the tremendous outpouring of sympathy the world has shown.
As the school year winds down, we notice that ASF will be going through some changes, so we would like to make a request.
I commend Miss Nguyen on her letter [“Letters to the Editor,” Oct. 30]; quite possibly it was … somewhat logical.
I must commend Mr. Dietz on his brief blurb on the MLA Collective [“Letters to the Editor,” Oct. 9]; quite possibly, it was the most one-sided, McCarthyite smelling, non-informed piece of trash that I have ever had the misfortune to read.
