Students at the University of La Verne are known to have close relationships with their professors but not many experience the controversy that threatens their professor’s livelihood and provokes sexual harassment accusations.

Politics, hate ’em! But, my vote counts, so my opinion does too. I do not publicly declare my party preference so from an impartial point of view, American voters are getting swindled. The presidential debates really deprived us of our right to be informed.

Animal rights activists argue that factory farming practices are inhumane and cruel. Many vegans and vegetarians exclude meat and animal products from their lifestyles as a result.
With each game played, the record grows worse. The University of La Verne men’s soccer team added another loss to its statistics on Saturday. The Leopards lost a close 1-0 game to the Occidental Tigers.
In a continued undefeated streak, the University of La Verne women’s volleyball team defended its home territory Friday. The Leopards, No. 11 in Division III, barely broke a sweat in their 15-0, 15-1, 16-14 win over visiting Pomona-Pitzer.
