L.A. County Fair calendar of events
Bryan White will perform some of his country favorites at the L.A. County Fair on the L.A. Times Calendar Stage tonight at 8. He will perform some popular hits, including “Someone Else’s Star” and “Sittin’ on Go.” Admission is free with general Fair admission of $9.
On Saturday Sept. 19, the Bullriders’ Classic will “kick-off” at the Fairplex Grandstand at 8 p.m. The event will include bullriding in two divisions with trick riding and mutton busting.
‘El Puma’
Sunday, Sept. 20, Jose Luis Rodriguez “El Puma” will perform at the L.A. Times Stage. An additional fee is required.
On the Stage
Next week the L.A. County Fair will feature the following entertainment at the L.A. Times Calender Stage:
- Motor Madness; Monster Truck Rally, Monday, Sept. 21, 8 p.m.
- Smokey Robinson Tuesday, Sept. 22, 8 p.m.
- Peter Frampton Wednesday, Sept 23, 8 p.m.
- Sister Hazel Thursday, Sept. 24, 8 p.m.
- Creedence Clearwater Revisited Friday, Sept. 25, 8 p.m.
General admission to the shows is free with Fair admission.
Nothing but Bull
About 275 head of cattle will pass by the ULV this morning on their way to the Fairgrounds. The cattle drive includes real cowboys and city slickers who began their journey yesterday. They are going arrive at the fair at 11 a.m.
