Art & Craft Fair

The Spring Art and Craft Fair at Central Park in Pasadena will run April 14 and 15, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Hand made clothing, jewelry, ceramics, toys and more will be there.

Museum Exhibit

The Museum of Contemporary Art (MOCA) will showcase “Before Their Art Was Famous.” It is early works of 25 artists who emerged in the 1990s, from anonymity to international recognition.

Getty Exhibit

“August Sander: German Portraits” will be on exhibit at the J.Paul Getty Museum. The photographs tell the story of Post World War I, Germany and its interpretation of the conflict.

Dance Company

The Paul Taylor Dance Company will be at the Alexis Theater in Glendale. The show will present dance drama, formal abstraction and experiments that take modern dance into new conceptual territory.

Movie Releases

·”Along Came a Spider” starring Morgan Freeman opens in general release tonight.

·”Just Visiting,” starring Christina Applegate, Tara Reid, Jean Reno and Christian Clavier opens Friday, April 13.

Orange Hum

A local band, Orange Hum, is scheduled to perform at Nick’s Cafe in Claremont, tomorrow at 8 p.m. Admission is free. After the show, the band will be happy to answer questions.
