A farewell reception was held Sept. 13 in Woody Hall for Eric Bishop, dean of academic support and retention-matriculation. After 24 years at the University of La Verne as a student, faculty member and administrator, Bishop has accepted a position at Chaffey College. Bishop will assume the duties as director of Chaffey College’s Fontana campus. His final day at La Verne was Sept. 14.
