The University of La Verne campus in Athens, Greece, has restructured its existing programs into two new “schools;” — the School of Business and Global Studies and the School of Arts and Sciences.
With the delineation of the academic program in Athens, the former Department of Business and Global Studies is now the School of Business and Global Studies; and all remaining departments will form the School of Arts and Sciences.
ULV, Athens has an estimated number of 940 students, which is significantly close to main campus’ approximate 1,100.
Bill Cook, vice president of academic affairs, said the forming of the two schools was an attempt to “present themselves [ULV, Athens] in Greece and in Europe”showing that, like other universities, ULV Athens has more than one school of study.
There have been no changes to the actual programs themselves, nor have any faculty titles changed.
