Twilight Cruise
Race cars and hot rods alike unite at the Fairplex this Wednesday evening at the National Hot Rod Association Twilight Cruise. The event, which occurs every last Wednesday of the month, from March to November, is usually an “ocean of street rods,” according to an NHRA museum representative. The event lasts from 5-8 p.m. and parking is available at Gate 1B on McKinley Ave. Admission is free.
Movies
Three movies open in general release today, offering something for everyone: Kevin Spacey’s extraterrestrial drama, “K-PAX,” also stars Jeff Bridges; N’Sync’s first attempt at a major motion picture, “On the Line,” stars two of the pop group’s members, Lance Bass and Joey Fatone; finally, the horror genre is awakened once again in time for Halloween with “Thirteen Ghosts.”
