Microscopic Photo Exhibit
“Essence in Pictures: Photography as a Collective Microtome” recognizes the photographs of several University of La Verne biology professors, capturing an array of microscopic images of Southland wildlife. The reception is from 5:30 p.m. to 7 p.m. Thursday in Irene Carlson Gallery.
‘Nowhaus’
“Nowhaus: Domestic Objects in the Modernist Tradition” highlights modernist furniture, contemporary ceramics and custom bicycle design. This exhibit continues through March 5 in Harris Gallery.
‘Folk Songs’
The Claremont Concert Choir and Chamber Choir will perform “Folk Songs from Around the World” at 3 p.m. Sunday in the Garrison Theater at Scripps College. Admission is free.
Eclipse String Quartet
