Inglewood residents Elaine Levy Jones and grandson Isaiah Bell enjoy a bowl of Hawaiian shaved ice at their first Upland Lemon Festival event Sunday. In downtown Upland, the Learning Centers at Fairplex produced the festival for people of all ages to celebrate the city’s citrus industry.
