Students of Joella Mahoney’s Art 100 class were given an unusual, yet fun, assignment this week—a mask-making project that required pairs of students to apply plaster bandages to one another to create replicas of their faces, which were then painted by the students as they desired, creating a unique self-portrait. / photo by Brian Murphy
