Senior anthropology major and music minor Lorali Mossaver-Rahmani tells nine audience members about the subconscious factors that can trigger anxiety when learning a new language Tuesday in the Landis Academic Center. The “Anxiety No Mas” language workshop featured Mossaver-Rahmani, junior Spanish major Diana Padilla, and senior biology major Charonne Razafindralay, who are all tutors in the Academic Success Center. The presenters shared tips to help students fight negative feelings when learning a second language. The group played charades and Mad Libs in their new languages, such as French and Spanish.
