What was once a local sorority named Phi Theta Chi founded in 1992 will soon be a chapter of the international sorority Phi Sigma Sigma, founded in 1913.
Four hours south of the United States border lies the quaint town of Tecate, Mexico, inhabited by simple people who lead simple lives. Within this town is the Orfanatorio de Nazareth, an orphanage run by Catholic nuns.
