The University of La Verne’s Master of Public Administration Program earned the national ranking place of 111 in the U.S. News and World Report for Public Affairs 2022.
The University of La Verne’s work with helping the economically disadvantaged, and especially, first generation students was recognized in U.S. News and World Report’s 2020 Best Colleges Rankings, in which the University ranked fourth overall in social mobility.
After reading “La Verne drops five spots in college rankings” by Michael Saakyan in the Campus Times (Sept. 19), I was troubled that comments attributed to me did not accurately reflect the basis of the US News & World Report rankings.
The U.S. News and World Report ranked the University of La Verne as the 166th best college in the United States in the publication’s annual report released this month.
The University of La Verne was recognized for its academic excellence, ranking 18th among California colleges and 206th among the entire nation, according to the standards put forth by Forbes Magazine.
