As the end of the semester is around the corner, students are often overwhelmed with projects, papers and upcoming exams and finalizing senior theses and projects. With the stress that the end of year brings, many took the opportunity to relax and enjoy music from different eras at “Through the Decades,” the first music festival at the University from 10 p.m. to midnight Wednesday on the Lawn.
Students filled all three floors of the Campus Center to procrastinate and relieve stress from 8 p.m. to 2 a.m. May 14 night at the annual Destination Procrastination event hosted by the Campus Activities Board and Associated Students of University of La Verne.
Dozens of students packed the Campus Center Ballroom Tuesday night to listen and dance to music played by DJ Santana, senior broadcasting major Steven Santana; DJ Rvysprvy, junior computer science major Raymond C. Gonzales, and DJ Pablo Macia, a senior radio broadcast major, at the EDGreek event.
