Plagued with personnel problems and what some students say as having “no knowledge,” the office of Financial Aid is working hard to try and improve the system that many students so loudly voice their complaints against.
Although the 11 percent tuition increase has not yet been approved for the 1991-92 University of La Verne school year, students now have President Bush's budget of 1 percent educational program increase to take into consideration.
