Leopard football takes another hit

Looking for their first victory of the year, the Leopards played with all their hearts but could not overcome 24 first-half points by Claremont-Mudd-Scripps as well as a crucial non-score late in the game en route to their fourth straight loss, 31-17, Saturday afternoon at Ortmayer Stadium.

That's exactly what it was as the Leopards looked triumphant in the first half and non-existent in the second, giving up 463 yards of total offense, losing to Cal Lutheran, 28-13 and dropping their third consecutive game of the season in front of an impatient crowd Saturday at Ortmayer Stadium.
